About Us

R. DiRosaria (they/them) is a one-of-a-kind New Orleans-based artist creating unique shadow boxes, narrative dioramas and interactive art through wood-based mixed media.

Formally known as Feral Femme Art and with an art career spanning over a decade and a half DiRosaria has been the main visionary and creator for their art until 2022 when they joined forces with now husband, Cyrus Giroir.  Together they have begun exploring new limits and presentations and have used their joint skills in wood, design and machinery to begin a new chapter of automated and interactive art.

Based in their home studio in New Orleans the artistic duo can be found doing  gauntlet of tasks from day to day, from renovating homes, to furniture building and of course creating art.  Their works can be found on display at Union Gallery on Royal st in the French Quarter or around at various art shows throughout the country- of course a studio tour and private showing is always an option for interested collectors and art enthusiasts.
